Shipping policy

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on weight, amount ordered, and at checkout. No additional handling fees are assessed for your order. Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days and and may take longer during holiday or peak season(s).  Please plan ahead for your holiday season sales!

Can I pay for rush shipping?

If you need an order rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is not guaranteed based on current business needs/orders in place. Expedited and Express shipping rates will be paid for by the customer.

Remember! Please plan ahead so you get your product in time for your shows and events. 

Small orders are shipped through USPS priority mail with a 2 to 3 day shipping time.  Larger orders are shipped through UPS ground shipping. Depending on where you live, ship time via UPS ground will be 1-6 business days. Tracking numbers are not applied for orders through the postal service.  Larger orders through UPS will have tracking numbers through their system.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time. Please note that shipping rates that are charged are for the contiguous US only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote to Hawaii or Alaska.
